Version: Web Help Desk Free 9.1.21
"Easy to install, web based, Has all the important items"
Pros: Web based, secure logon, link to your website. Thorough Help Desk ticket forms. Good system for keeping cliients up to date. A viable solution for small business
Cons: Lack of the ability to buid a knowledge base with it. Lack of tools to implement a chain of command flow to be able to automatically alert supervisors of missed SLA"s, no automatic updates to clients.
Summary: Effecient and easy to use tool that satisfactorily provides as a solution. Limited in value added amenities read more
