Amateur software. If you pay to get the full version, the support is really bad.

Pros
Web based, secure logon, link to your website. Thorough Help Desk ticket forms. Good system for keeping cliients up to date. A viable solution for small business
Cons
Lack of the ability to buid a knowledge base with it. Lack of tools to implement a chain of command flow to be able to automatically alert supervisors of missed SLA"s, no automatic updates to clients.
Summary
Effecient and easy to use tool that satisfactorily provides as a solution. Limited in value added amenities
