Downloaded it and my Norton 2010 said it is virus free. No problems at all. It is just a PDF file. I shall have to say more about its worth after having used it for learning and than applying what it teaches.

I downloaded this file to a usb drive, as i always do to be on the safe side, and i did a virus scan with webroot and it found a virus within the file. It was called "Mal/ASFDldr-A" I strongly recommend not downloading this.
Summary
Bottom-line, I don't wish to have a virus on my computer. I reccomend that everyone get a usb drive, and a good anti-virus/ anti-spyware. Download any files onto usb drive, then scan with av/as and make sure the file is safe before using on your computer. It will save a whole lot of trouble.
