Pros
Web software but as responsive as a local application, simple, full featured for IT Help Desk or Service Desk. Immediate impact - you can be up and running in an hour and immediately saves time and work. Excellent support and documentation.
Cons
When you first install, you'll need to follow directions carefully. As long as you do that you're fine but it's not intuitively obvious.
Summary
This software is extremely straight forward for managing IT help desk or customer service and maintenance. Performance is great. It has the full set of features I need for my IT help desk but it is simple. Also very useful for CRM and managing maintenance work orders / preventive maintenance. Very responsive tech support. No pressure when you evaluate. Free download or just use the trial software on their web site. Way cheaper than similar products yet also faster.
