The fastest to get weather emergency info. to you (however they do that); adaptable to different areas; most usable radar and maps.

Summary
Whenever we have had tornado warnings in our area, the bug has them up for us well before the sirens sound, or even the tone for the local weather radio goes off. Having large groups of people I have had to move during such warnings, I appreciate all the time I can be given, as this business would seem to be located in a "tornado alley."

I love Weatherbug.It is very reliable, it is right at my finger tips to get the latest weather news. You can change locations so you can see the weather in other places in the country. I don't mind the ads it's how they get revenue to keep it free.

93,249,632 (and counting) people can't be wrong. That is the number of downloads as of a few seconds ago. I don't know if this is just a National program or International as well. I have had Weatherbug on my computer since going online in 1999. I love all the features and the fact that it is free for everyone because of the ads. When you click on an ad Weatherbug gets money PPC. I learned this through Google Ad Words. This is how it can stay free. They now have a program that allows you have the product AD FREE by signing up to try certain products. I discovered this feature quite by accident. Down at the bottom of the interface on the left side is a link that says Upgrade now FREE. once you sign up for this program and start trying these products you have ad free weatherbug. I started this but had to abandon it because I did not have the time to try a product for free for 7 days & then cancel on time so as not to be charged for the use of the product. I do plan to sing up for it at a later date to see if it is indeed worthwhile or worth my time & effort to do this or just be happy with the ads & clicking for revenue. My 2 Cents.
