Version: WavePad 3.11
"Terrible company. Almost impossible to register."
Pros: Nice software but not worth the extreme aggravation of draconian registration process. Worst registration process I've ever seen. Customer support will not help you unless you pay them. Very anti-customer attitude! Stay away!
Cons: Almost impossible to register. Uncaring support staff will not help you. This is the worst registration process I've ever seen. This company has a bad Anti-customer attitude. Not worth the severe aggrivation that you will go through.
Summary: Registration process is draconian - almost impossible. Vendor will not assist you unless you pay them for Service Support ($33.00) This vendor has the worst anti-customer attitude I've ever seen. You will regret ever buying this product! read more

Version: WavePad 3.11
Cons: Surprise! This is only a trial version. Since there was no advance notice that this was a trail version, I wasn't worried about evaluating it within a limited time frame. Since finding the trial expired, I have attempted to remove all components from my system but am finding that task my be easier said than done. (For example desktop icons are still present despite several attempts to remove.)

Pros: The software is great but why is listed as free? People with no monetary resources get misleading to this file that is a trial and some key function get disable after 14 days of use, in my book this is a SHAREWARE guys.
