Version: WavePad Free Edition 3.02
"Not Very Good"
Pros: It does what it says.
Cons: During the install it asks if you want to try their other software. When I selected yes it downloaded 5 programs of TRIALWARE, NOT FREE!!! Nothing about this is free. Deceptive tactics turn people off.

Yo! vbsouthern go too www.Vicman software.com you will not be disapointed. you can download the old wavepad version 1.11 try it and see.

The download from CNET is really free. After 14 days you get an option to buy the Master's Edition upgrade but you can click No and the software continues working in the basic free mode.
We don't really understand the comment from vbsouthern. It is possible he downloaded the Master's Edition from some other site.
