Voice Explorer is an English speech-recognition dictation pad with a Wave To Text wizard. The dictation pad converts your real-time voice to text while the wizard converts an offline recorded Windows WAV file containing continuous speech to English text. It writes the text on its pad so you can easily transfer it to wherever you want via a simple cut-and-paste operation. The demo version displays nag screens and disables cut-and-paste operations for the WAV to text result. The full version costs $79.
