Unconfigurable; unresponsive icons; failure to work; installs secondary photo toolbar despite selection NOT to do so.
Summary
Never offered Quick Launch icon as CNET revew suggested was necessary to configure product. Icon appeared in Taskbar but was unresponsive to any R or L clicking for configuration. Download file offered a second product toolbar, which I declined by deselecting at beginning of install process; toolbar was installed regardless and required separate deinstall. Configuration option in Start Menu group for product was unresponsive.

An easy to set-up and understand program, that changes your wallpaper to your desired requirements.
Cons
On my slower, older laptop, I think it might not always stretch to fill screen width, with your favourite wallpapers? So you may not be able to use all your pictures.
