Version: Wallpaper Master Pro 1.52
"Works great! Until you register it."
Pros: The trial version works perfectly. Just don't register it.
Cons: After registration none of the settings would take. Support was useless. One response. Sorry you aren't happy with it. That was it. Keep your money. Use the free version if you like it.

"Almost Perfect!!! Many options!"
Pros: Really good software. Compact yet powerful utility. This really made me happy. It has many options, almost everything is been thought and implemented.

"(Free version) Thus far working perfectly"
Pros: I have just installed and started using Wallpaper Master (free version). It thus far has been great. The installation was simple, the interface is intuitive and simple, despite an impression array of features that allow considerable customization. I feel (a little) guilty that it's free. I tried AllWallpapersLite and, although it looked promising, I couldn't get it to load my image files.
Cons: The only drawback is now there will be one more really cool gadget on which I can waste unforgivable amounts of time!

Version: Wallpaper Master Pro 1.52
Pros: I figured out how to use it pretty easily. It does exactly what I want, keep changing my favorite pics as wallpaper as often as I want, keeping the aspect ratio, without extra bells and whistles.
I can set the pics to anchor to the right ( or where I want) so they are not lost under the icons. This version fixed a problem I had with it not loading on startup.
Cons: I'm not sure if I will buy it or just use the reduced free version which still does most of what I want. I would for say $10 but for $19 I'll see if I miss the other features.
