I don't understand why these programs are offered. I've now tried to download three wma to mp3 conversion programs and all of them including this one tell me that the conversion is complete, but it never converts anything. I'm very disappointed with this program and download.com for offering these programs that don't deliver and waste my time.

All looks great- Lots of options- but when I load up my WMA file, it says "converted" and takes me to the (empty) MP3 folder.
