embeded with adware,,, I've had it for awhile and even PAID for it and got a notice from Norton during a scheduled scan that the application is laced with adware... bad move software developer!!!

Comparatively fast batch conversion.
Cons
Thankfully I tested the resulting MP3 files before I deleted my original WAV files. I did a cross-comparison and I my jaw hit the floor when it sounded like my MP3s were recorded in a snake pit. The hiss added to your new MP3 files by this program is as loud as the music. Buyer/downloader beware.

Pros
Folks, it won't cook breakfast for you. It converts audio to mp3. You can choose your bitrate then hit 'encode'. It's got a clean and easy to use interface. If you are like me and you work with lot's of wave files but like the portablility of mp3's than this is all you will ever need.

extremely easy to use. Let's you preview the wav file before encoding it, this is good when you have similar file names.
Cons
I don't really see any. It's really easy and compresses them alot without sacrificing sound quality.

Does just what it says and no more, but you have a full selection as to how much you want to compress your files from 320kbps all the way down to 8kbps. I usually use Audiocatalyst but don't have it on my newer pc so until I locate the disk this will do.
Cons
While you may not be able to edit the ID3 tag, you can do that in other programs including free players like Winamp, so it is really not a con, just an inconvenience.
