"horrible on multiple levels"

Not only didn't work at all, but it changed my browser's homepage and default search engine to some search engine where ads take up half of the first page of a search, AND it added an extension to my browser that tracked my browsing for marketing purposes. Both of these things without my permission.

Very annoyingly bad. I created a cnet account solely to give this a bad review.

Crashes every single time I try to use it. Tried multiple configurations of files. Even one single wav to convert, never worked.

First problem I encountered was that the program crashed after every couple of files encoded. Second problem noticed was that the program appeared to hijack my browser and set the search tool to another search web site. The third problem was that a couple of other programs closed/crashed when this program was running. I uninstalled the program as quickly as I could after realizing what this program was doing to my system, ran a scan of my registry and crossed my fingers that I have

Don't install this program. Opt for one of the many reliable, trustworthy encoders.

The first track I tried it with and it came up with some zero error message so I removed it, I'm not going to fuss around working out why it wouldn't perform.

It doesn't work. Always crashed, never encoded a file.
Uninstall also failed (cannot find install.log??? it was RIGHT THERE) and needed to be done manually.Summary
Pure crap. Never worked, never encoded, always crashed. Uninstalled manually because not even that worked.

Worked as advertised. User friendly.

Was under the impression that the download was "free" and was not "time limited." That was not the case with my download. It expired and I was offered the chance to "buy" the software. I think that this is a very sleazy way to get someone to buy a product. Either it is totally free with time constraints or it has time contraints with the option to buy at the end of the time limit. Being up front it the way to build a customer/consumer base.
Summary
As previously stated, the product worked fine. Just did not like the way it was presented in a misleading manner.
