"Fails with long folder names"

Summary
If you have Incredimail Installed (and perhaps other apps), the long names associated with 'identities' (at least this is my opinion) cause just about any Virus Removal tool from Symantec to fail - SOBIG is just an example. Removing the offending attachment works, but if you have a lot then the removal tool is not workable. In fact to find the 'offending' attachment, you have to move the Removal Tool window away from the centre of your screen so you can see the file it fails on. I go to other Anti-Virus suppliers for removal tools. (However, I do use Norton Anti-Virus - so I'm not bad mouthing the Anti-Virus Supplier, just the Removal tools they supply... Michael
