Summary
Thanks to Symantec to effectively remove 2 infected files: load.exe and Riched20.dll. However, in so doing a problem of memory appears when running MS Office. Symantec should therefore Team up with Microsoft to include these 2 uninfected file in this patch as a replacement of the deleted ones. Best regards.

There's no need to use a seperate program to clean the worm off your system... just use a Trojan Remover to do it. I know Trojan Remover (simplysup.com) cleans it, as well as a crapload of other trojans...
