Version: Vunet Find 1
"Quick, Simple, more reliable than Google Desktop."
Pros: Easy to re-scan (which is much more reliable than the search provided on Google Desktop).
The program is quick and simple in use, tiny to download, and free.

"Very Fast - Much faster than Windows Find Files"
Pros: I couldn't believe how fast this was. Once everything was indexed, it literally took seconds to find files, instead of the LONG minutes Find Files normally takes.
Cons: None so far.
Summary: This is a great tool for finding files fast. As a test, I typed in "phonics" and I was able to find all files related to phonics within seconds. Using this application was faster than clicking on the drive, the directory, then browsing for the files... read more
