Pros: Manage many companies or branches, enter your vendors, customers and items and start using this great inv system
Cons: I had printing troubles, the program prints empty invoices

"A free product that does all it says"
Pros: I needed a business software product for my new mobile computer service business. This fits the bill nicely. It allows me to make changes and deletions without messing everything up. One of my customers needed a POS set up for their retail business. I got them a bar code scanner, they already have a cash drawer,and now they are inputting the data of their inventory. They are quite pleased. I give this software a very high rating especially for those of us who are not business majors. I especially like being able to email the invoice to my customers-- saves me $0.39 in postage. Read the manual to get a feel for the program. Create a mock business and play till you are comfortable. That is what I did. Delete the mock enterprise and create the real one and your are good to go.
Cons: Being service oriented, I have very little inventory. What little I do have is placed into the items DB and it works fine. I tried to create service items along with varying dollar amounts but could not get that to work so now I just manually enter the time and price and it works fine. Perhaps this "bug" has been worked out in the latest version. I will check and see. That is the only thing that I have found so far.

"This is a good office download!"
Pros: It works! I think this says everything. It manages invoices, customers, products and a lot more very easily. We can customize all outputs and the learning curve is very small, in a few 2/3 hours it's fully functional.
Cons: Sorry, I couldn't find anything :-)
Wishlist: custom database fields

Pros: Not a computer nut! Needed a program for invoice/small business, after a few hours of learning found it powerfull, I haven't use half of what the program offer. Each time I use it to intergrate items to the exiting work, it does it like magic. It's worth the time learning the use of this program. I love it.
