Pros: I enjoyed removing it from my computer - that's about it.
Cons: I downloaded this piece of junk, then installed MS net-thingy so it would work, etc., etc. When I tried to register it kept coming back, telling me that I had entered the wrong code. I tried to register several times - same dumb result. Aaargh!!
Also, a previous reviewer said that this programme only requires an email address - not so, it demands your name, address and phone number too.
More junk.

"Best, easiest way to boost sales on ANY website!"
Pros: Simple to install. Just one line of javascript pasted on my website, and visitors are now able to chat with me LIVE. I can't believe this is free! I've used other live chat software before and paid hundreds of dollars per year. This free version is actually better than most paid versions on the market!

Pros: The most important thing of this software is:
1.- It's Free.
2.- Easy to use for the administrator and for the guest.
3.- It doesn't have publicity like others.
4.- It's customized.
