    "Works with Windows 7"

    Pros

    quick desktop access to volume and mute, especially handy if you have two monitors and watch videos on the other. Fairly easily resizeable.

    Cons

    Hard to grab it and move it around. No color choices, but black goes with everything, right?

    Summary

    Useful gadget, esp. since the version of Volumouse I have doesn't work reliably on Win 7.

    BTW, you need to have Google desktop installed to use it, it's not a standalone--that's why it's a *.gg.

    Of course, the "company which will never do anything evil" <LOL> is discontinuing support for google desktop, just like the google Deskbar beta, which was one of the most useful tiny Windows add-ons ever conceived. I used Deskbar right through Vista (ugh), but it won't run on 7.
