Visual Twitter uses the Twitter API to allow users to not only answer the question "What are you doing?" but also "show us what you are doing?". Anyone can use Visual Twitter. All that's needed to use Visual Twitter is a camera phone. Simply take a picture, and send it to me@visualtwitter.com. To make your pictures visible to the community, you'll need a Twitter account to login in and activate your mobile number.
