Version: Visual Staff Scheduler Pro 11.0
"Great product and will save you time and money!"
Pros: -Easy to use
-Total hours per employee are calculated for me
-Ability to easily find employee coverage when people call in sick or want vacation.Cons: I don't really have any cons yet.

Version: Visual Staff Scheduler Pro 11.0
"I Highly Recommend This Software!"
Pros: Easy to use. Loads of useful info at my disposal. Highly customizable. Saves me tons of time.
Cons: Since it's so highly customizable, there's a bit of set up to do before you can start scheduling. But the payoff for the set up is MORE than worth your time.
Summary: I schedule a lot of nurses for a hospital and it was always a pain dealing with paper schedules, overly complex Excel spreadsheets, remembering when people were taking time off, making sure I had correct coverage, etc. This program helps me to do al... read more

Version: Visual Staff Scheduler Pro 11.0
Pros: - Easy to use
- Shows me exactly how many people and how many hours are scheduled.
- Reports can break down departments and shifts.
- You can email personal schedules
- The people at VSS are easy to get a hold of and are very helpful.Cons: I don't use all of the features. There is more here than what I need.
Not really a complaint, just an observation.Summary: It sure beats doing everything in Excel by hand. VSS has saved me and my staff a lot of time. My employees like it to because I can easily distribute my schedules to them via email. read more
