"It was OK till I found out it was..."
Pros: It stop apps from connecting to the internet.
Cons: See below.
Summary: It was blocking numerous ports without asking if I wanted those ports blocked. It also allowed any program to access any other program that had internet access. That sort of defeats the purpose of having it. It also drastically increased connection to proxy servers, apps that used the local host address, and programs that used SSL. No deal.
