Pros: I have been working with all the major f/w co's and they're getting worse. not better. this one is all you need. new ver 2.2.25 is better. v. 3 is coming soon
Cons: gui is not pretty. could use a little tweaking as win update and anything that requires service host in windows takes some doing. plus ver. is the only one worthwhile. pricey for what you get in plus version

Pros: Small footprint, loads in a flash (at start up too), does NOT slow down my vista like other firewalls, available in x64, x86 and portable which all work fine under vista.
Cons: Ugly little icons, very limited options under "Zone"
Summary: Does exactly what I need by stopping any new program from accessing the Internet. read more

Pros: From what I can tell, this firewall works just as well as Zone Alarm used to. ZA used to be a great firewall but, since Vista came out, and with all of ZA added glitter and other assorted add-on junk, it has become a less than stellar product.
Cons: Initial "Enable/Disable" of programs connecting is a PITA but nothing that takes away from the performance of the firewall.
Summary: It's Free and it works well. One of the few that doesn't hang up Vista (that I know of). read more

Pros: in windows 7 firewall you no have control o gui to make this work ,firewall control take this control,,windows explorer integration i loved,port forwarding i loved.
Cons: the icons is ugly.
