Version: VisiTunes 0.9.1
"garbage"
Pros: It does actually play mp3s.
Cons: If it has the look and feel of crap, it must be crap. This thing looks like someone's first software coding project...good thing they remembered to remove the "hello world!" announcement. I was looking for a simple mp3 jukebox program, after using this, I'm going to continue my search.

There are many better programs available if you just want to play MP3 files. Get Winamp, it's great! What makes VisiTunes unique is the automated similarity analysis, the ability to generate playlists of "similar" songs. Admittedly, the interface is not up to contemporary standards. Sadly it's not my first try, I've been programming professionally for 30-odd years, that's probably why the look and feel is so dated. But the fact is the program does something useful not available elsewhere, that's why I made it available. Thanks for the feedback.
