"Clutzy interface, WILL NOT UNINSTALL"
Cons: This was more complicated than my needs. Does not include an uninstall.

Pros: Nothing that I found, since I could not get it to work.
Cons: It is buggy and confusing.
I wanted to rip the sound from a DVD to an MP3. tried to follow the instructions from ripping with track conversion, as described on page 3 of the "Getting Started" document. I right clicked as instructed, expecting to be offered a choice of formats. Instead, it asked for an output directory and was ready to begin ripping. I specified an output directory and told it to start. I was surprised to find there was nothing in the output directory, but it turned out it had put the output in the default directory instead of the one I specified. Why ask me for a directory if you're not going to use it.
The "Getting Started" document had a picture of the format conversion dialog, but did not tell me how to get to it.
I tried the help, but the index took me to page that must have been 1000 lines long, and there was no way to search within the page except y manually reading all of it.
Next I discovered "Convert" on the "File" menu (not mentioned in the "Getting Started"), and was able to set the output format I wanted, at which point it finally informed me that it cannot do what I want.
At that point, I uninstalled it, so I don't know what the rest is like.
At the very least the documentation is atrocious and somtimes wrong.

Pros: I like this product because I can burn more than 100 mp3 files to a cd, and play it on my car stereo, also I love it because it said 30 days trial, just change the month everytime that your trial ends!
Cons: Trial period is bad, but is ok just change the month when it ends to the month when you install it! :-)
