My computer was acting all sorts of funky (that's what I get for buying a cheap computer...). One day, I woke up to find that an entire folder was gone. I immediately went on the internet to find a recovery software and after trying out a couple of them I got VirtualLab Data Recovery which did some computer magic and "poof" my folder was back where it was before!

My 4-year old Mac finally crashed beyond resuscitation recently. Of course, it was during a very busy business morning when I was facing some significant deadlines. Immediately, I began to have depressing visions of having to deal with computers stores, annoying technicians, expensive data transfers, and lost business time. Luckily one of my colleague recommended I recover my data from my hard drive and finish my work on another computer. I got VirtualLab Data Recovery off the web and managed to recover all of my files back, including some older files I deleted by mistake and came in handy now.

I used Virtual Lab Data Recovery and I was able to recover absolutely everything. Make sure you have another hard disk drive so you can copy the recovered files.

Summary
I`ve had a serious problem when changing the size of some partitions. One of them - with all my personal data on it - couldn't be restored afterwards. Virtual Lab Data Recovery helped me a lot. It was the only program I've tested that was able to restore not only the content of all files, but the correct filenames as well. Within one hour it scanned the whole hard drive of 120 GB for all its structure, data and lost files.

As a person who only has a basic to intermediate knowledge of computer systems, I found Virtual Lab Data Recovery so simple and easy to use. I would totally recommend it to anyone. I was able to quickly restore the file I thought was lost forever and move on with my day thanks to Virtual Lab Data Recovery.

Pros
Virtual Lab Data Recovery was the only one out of 6-7 softwares I tried that was able to find my files and I was able to restore whole file structure and all names. Other top (apparently) softwares were much worse in that field, almost none or not even half of the structure found.

Everything. Bought the basic program. Ran it. It found my data, but it wanted more money so I could save it but found no way to do just that. Tried to use their help desk but I don't think it actually exist. They sent me a help desk ticket. No response from the company since. Searched their web site and could not find anything anywhere on how to contact them directly.
Summary
DO NOT buy this. You will waste your money. I wish I had read all the reviews before I spent mine, which I am sure I will never get back.

Program does not work. After spending 60+ purchasing it they want more money for a download "quota" so you can actually use it, which also does not work. Help desk is completely automated via e-mail with no phone number or address.
Summary
This program is a complete scam. I feel all positive reviews are fake. Research it www.binarybiz.com and see for yourself. Come on CNET I thought you screened these guys.
I used EaseUs Data Recovery Wizard. Spent more money but it did as promised and was easy to use. I recovered over 50Gb of data in a few short hours.
