I recently had the pleasure of using Virtual Lab Data Recovery to help me out of a disastrous hard drive fail. I am a composer and all my work is done on my Mac. During a data transfer to an external hard drive, my computer crashed.
On recommendation from the Mac store I contacted a recovery service. It was a nightmarish experience to get through to a live person and the fee that I was quoted was exorbitant and frankly because of the lack of customer service, I did not have confidence in the company to recover my work.
A quick search on the web lead me to Virtual Lab Data Recovery software. The result? A quick and over 95 % total recovery of my hard drive. Thank you guy for making such a wonderful product that we can all use. -

I recently moved to San Francisco, and as I was unpacking and setting up my things, I went to turn on my external hard drive and... whirrrrrr... whirrrrr.... it wouldn't mount. I had photos, music, and some really important files I use for work on that drive, and -- stupidly -- no backup.
After a couple hours of freaking out, and a few more hours of attempting the few feeble diagnostics I knew of (with no luck), I turned to the internet and found VirtualLab Data Recovery. After I installed it on my mackook air, it saw my external hard drive and got all the data back by the end of that day. You can't imagine how happy I was. -

I spilled wine on my macbook pro and so I took it to a computer shop to see if it could be repaired. They did a free diagnostic and within two hours phoned me to tell me it was beyond economic repair. I was crushed. I wanted at least the information I had on it but it cost me 1200$ which was way too much. My neighbor, who was with me while I spilled the wine, told me about Virtual Lab and that I should try it. When I got my crashed laptop back, I went to his place with the hard drive and the software could read it and also backup the important files I needed. Now I'm looking for a new laptop but am happy my files are safe.
