"Garbage!!!!!!!!"
Version: VirtualBox 3.1.4
Pros
After years of downloading from cnet i finally signed up just to let everybody know what a piece of virtual fecal matter this app is!
Cons
Don't believe any of the "glaring" reviews. They were probably wriiten by the nematodes that designed this virtual toiletry.I wish the idiots that designed this sewage climbed back into the orifice they oozed out of,and stay there!
Summary
I wish there was a way to upload this sewer rot back to the gutter that spawned it.

"Well done!"
Version: VirtualBox 3.1.2
Pros
Can change the amount of processors, ram, what devices are mounted, folder sharing between host and guest, ect... Free, as compared to VMware Workstation being like $189.00. :/
Cons
Non really, works great.
Summary
After ditching Windows for Ubuntu I was having trouble (more like I was lazy) finding a viable way to sync my zune in linux. Downloaded Virtualbox, installed XP inside, installed Zune in XP. Actually able to run games like GW and WoW and decent rates as well, once I enabled 3D rendering. Alls well! Haven't had a single error as of yet.

"Fantastic!"
Version: VirtualBox 3.1.2
Pros
Being able to try loads of "Beta" software without infiltrating your "live" machine!
Cons
Nothing! Installed perfectly!
Summary
I have tried Virtual PC 2007 but this just fits the bill much better. Currently I'm running Windows XP and Ubuntu in virtual mode and the options are endless. The configuration is easy to grasp once installed, I personally set my virtual OS's to use 1gb of Ram which runs fine! If you wish to try Beta software, or just wish to try a different media player whatever download VirtualBox 3.1.2, you won't regret it!

"Excellent Virtualization Software!"
Version: VirtualBox 3.0
Pros
I used VirtualBox for a while and it is excellent. Besides being fully free of charge, it has many useful features including the just added Direct3D 8-9 support. Performance is quite good too. Virtual hard disk is just one file.
Cons
Unlike Vmware and Virtual PC which can mount the virtual disk image, VirtualBox images cannot be mounted.
Summary
VirtualBox is by far the best virtualization software I have tried. Its free and multi platform. The performance of guest systems are pretty decent. Works very similarly to Vmware and Virtual PC.
Guest operating system setup is very easy and straightforward.
