it's completely useless. it doesn't want to recognize any existing .iso files. all i wanted was a virtual drive to mount an iso to, and this thing couldn't even recognize it.
Summary
had it installed for less than half an hour. i quickly realized that this program is pointless. the few things it does do, other programs do much, much better. also, be aware that this download is only a DEMO VERSION.

Belongs in the "Virtual trash bin". Caused 100% cpu usage in system process on two different machines after mounting a cd or iso. Windows XP Pro machines.

Ihave been trying to get my computer running now for over 2 hours! Not just mine either. I installed on my son's comp at the samet time and the same thing happened. I wish download.com would screen the software better!

Every time I tried to use the program it would give me the blue screen of death and reboot my system. I checked the company website and it was not help, sent a message to tech support and no reply. I was hopeful but it never worked.
