This is the first youtube download client that I've downloaded that actually WORKS. There's no need for a converter, either - it goes straight to MPEG.
Of course, for something that works so well, there's got to be a con... it's in Turkish. If you can figure it out, it's pretty simple - with a little trial and error, you'll learn your way around, though. But, in case you want to take the easy way out, here's what you do:
Launch the program.
Paste the youtube url into the provided space.
Then, after it finds it or whatever, click Kaydet, choose where you want to save it, and there you go.
