"I have nothing but great things to say about Vimeo"
Pros: Everything......... Easy .. that's for me
Cons: Right now I am having a problem... I logged in to my brother's account to upload something for him and I can't log out........ thus I can't get back into mine . Need help ........... Thanks

"Free, Simple, High Quality Video, Privacy Controls."
Pros: See above. I had no problems uploading and sharing an HD video. Your relatives and friends do not need a Vimeo account to view your videos (just a URL and Password for private videos).
Cons: None so far.

"Do NOT use Vimeo : Unreliable , Novice and Uptight"
Pros: no pros at all
Cons: They had a technical problem serving videos for 3 days in a row, causeing my site to look horrible. When I went to their forum and posted a polite complaint, they immediately deleted my account along with all my videos.
Summary: This is a comapny that advertises itself as a family safe video site. So the assumption that they are a bunch of uptight mormons is not so out of place. They are a new company with an unclear business plan. You may place all your videos there just to... read more
