"A well designed and versatile RSS-reader. Easy to use."
Version: Vienna 2.5.0.2501
Pros
An elegant, nice looking and versatile RSS-client and it's FREE! The application is stable, reliable and very easy to use.
Cons
So far, I haven't found any flaws.
Summary
I have tried several RSS-readers and Vienna has come out as number one.
It is very easy to add RSS-feeds and the feeds are easily arranged into folders and subfolders according to your own wishes. Folders and subfolders can be kept in an order according to your own preferences.
The application has been found very stable and I haven't had any crashes or found any odd behaviours. -
"NNW Replacement?"
Version: Vienna 2.3.4.2305
Summary

I am looking for a replacement for NetNewsWire since its MobileMe syncing will be dropped (and Google Reader is not a consideration for me). Although Vienna lacks some of the features of NNW, it is serviceably clean and crisp. After a few days of testing I feel quite comfortable with it. Since it is open source, I may even try my hand at some hacking. Additionally, AppleScript support is perfectly adequate for accessing APIs like Twitter, tumblr, Instapaper, et al, and its database can presumably be rsync'd to other machines using launchd, and so on. All in all, a nice piece of software and worth your time for a few days test drive.
I hope the Vienna developers see the current direction of NNW as an opportunity for them to have the #2 reader people will be looking for. -
"Great product"

Great product, great price-value!
Easy to use, regularly updated, localized, free. What else could we ask for?
You can select multiple styles, make your own smart folders, etc.
The only regret is that it would be nice to be able to select different views for each folder/feed. -

"I cant believe this is free!"

I have been a faithful NewsFire user for more than a year. This is the first free app. I have tried that can stand up to, or beat, NewsFire. If you haven't paid for another RSS reader, give Vienna a try. If you have paid for one, give Vienna a try anyway. -

"Great Version"
Version: Vienna 2.1.1.2109
Summary

This version runs great and fixes the problems of the previous one wherein the RSS Feeds that were configured could not be seen without running a script. The developer indicated that this version would fix that problem and he kept his promise. This app is great and is a 5star necessity particularly if you have no other stand alone app for Rss Feeds.
