"Okay, but with quirks, flaws"

This is a convenient program, and will make nice files--and there are a lot of settings to choose from, along with the most popular file formats. I especially like the RealVideo support.
Cons
Some of the time the program mysteriously messes up the aspect ratio (frame size or dimensions). The original file was 640x360 (16:9) but the output file is smaller and more "squashed" (everyone looks a little fat). Such distortion is unacceptable and the files are absolutely unusable.
When it doesn't mess up the aspect ratio, it works fine. (Interesting quirk: Files that were "squashed" when converted to MPEG looked fine in RealVideo.)

trial did not even work one time - right clicked a file to use the software, went to use it and it says you have to buy it. if they can't make the trial work how is the product even going to work - dont waste your time on this piece of crap

The tech support is terrific. I asked for help, and within fifteen minutes I got a fix. And I had told them I had uninstalled their program!
Cons
Freezes the computer. May just be mine (half of my memory is all clogged up with Yahoo! Widgets).

Simple to use with a right click interface the options for video and audio control are varied, and the image quality matched the original format.

This is a great program!! Basically, it converts your files into other formats. The best thing I liked about it was that it converts low quality videos(with no playback controls, i.e you can't go forward and backward) into high-quality videos with playback control. I highly recommend you download this and try it out. I see no harm in buying it too.
Cons
1)Converted videos may appear a bit pixelated.
2)A little slow conversion on low-end machines.
