    "Very GOOD product with FANTASTIC Customer Support"

    Pros

    Very good product with FANTASTIC Customer Support and Help. Does exactly what you want for edition/conversions to every imaginable format, as long as you learn how to use it after a bit of experimentation. Their customer service is very nice and professional, always responsed my queries quickly and with proper solution. Excellent!
