    "It works like a CHARM!"

    Pros

    1. Easy-to-use tool
    2. Nice editing output
    3. Multiple format choices
    4. no audio sync issue (I tried other two free tools, there's always audio sync problem.)
    In summary, It works beautifully, like a Charm! I don't mind spending a fee on a software as long as it works well, at least it can save a lot of my time.

    Cons

    no Cons, I am enjoying the product. seems to be what I have been
    looking for.
