"Great for home users since it's an easy program to use."
Version: VideoSpirit Pro 1.86
Pros
I never put a movie clip in yet but it worked excellent with pictures and sound to make a family album or a tribute. And the ease of making the pictures fade in and out by overlapping them is awsome. Although I never used other software, this was very impressive to me.
Cons
No problems observed.

"so easy to use - just open the menu, drag, and drop."
Version: VideoSpirit Pro 1.86
Pros
Finally, a movie editor that can do nearly everything I need. I really liked this version of VideoSpirit Pro. You can make your videos easily, it makes clips on its own - just open the menu, drag, and drop. And, fun at points and a great selection of quality. Muting the clips and making them fade in and out is very much more advanced than others. Thanks to some recent help from their customer service team, I have found out how to record narration over a piece of music.
Cons
none, it's pretty nice for me

"Can process huge video files beautifully."
Version: VideoSpirit Pro 1.86
Pros
I have used several video editors and because they were so bad I kept looking until I found VideoSpirit Pro. It had everything I needed and more, but without the excessive clutter that makes some other video editors difficult to use. It supports all the latest formats (e.g. DivX 6.8) and has a lot of useful features. Very intuitive and easy to use.
Cons
It may crash sometimes if you works on more than 40 big videos in one go, but this happens rarely and much less frequently compared to other video editors that I have used.

"Great product!"
Version: VideoSpirit Pro 1.86
Pros
The editing part of this program was great. I have the full version. I enjoyed being able to control a lot of the editing in both the "clip"/"project" and video/audio portions.
Cons
Works great so far

"Hightly recommended"
Version: VideoSpirit Pro 1.86
Pros
I'm not a video editing specialist, and I think many people are like me. For their special jobs they want a simple, effective and modern program, and within 30 minutes of download of this product I had already copleted my first movie clip, It's simple, easy to use, and makes home movies look professional. You can trim the sound to fit only a selected group of scenes; could position the text anywhere on the clip, like in a power point presentation; Very stable too; capable of handling huge amounts of video (INXS of 25GB on my celeron). One of my fave things were the effects and transitions. They were so easy to use -just open the menu, drag, and drop. It's that easy.
Cons
no Cons found yet, the only think I dislike is that CNET is always attach a toolbar on the download linkage, if I didn't check it carefully, the toolbar had been installed into my computer. Hence anyone who want to download this product, suggest you select the "Custom Installation" option or go to the owner's website to download it directly.

"I enjoy it a lot."
Version: VideoSpirit Pro 1.86
Pros
Perfect product for a beginner in video editing like me, it's easy-to-use and the output quality is excellent. I tried editing some of my videos that I had taken from my fujifilm f10 camera, it works like a charm. You can cut frame, add voice-overs and soundtracks and you can also insert titles anywhere along the timeline and there are loads of transition effets to choose from. Overall I enjoy it a lot.
Cons
none, it works quite well

"The outcome is great!"
Version: VideoSpirit Pro 1.86
Pros
I tried many different video editing software programs for weeks, and this is the best I found. I have made various videos using this software. It is very user friendly and imports every file I have tried. It converts and makes videos of great quality for the average user!!! It does take a while to convert/creat but the outcome is great!
Cons
I can't think of anything I don't like except it did shut down once but it was due to my PC system, not the software.

"Finally have my project done"
Version: VideoSpirit Pro 1.86
Pros
I spent many hours working on my project which was meant to be a marriage anniversary gift, and I'm happy that it finally was done beautifully. This program allows you to import various file formats including .AVI, .WMV, .3GP, and many others and then apply effects, cut frames, add captions, voice-overs and soundtracks. Easy to use with multi-track. Very rarely does it crash. Using on XP and haven't had problems loading.
Cons
no complaints

"Works well up to now"
Version: VideoSpirit Pro 1.86
Pros
The proram works well. Lot of features included. I was able to make a film from MPEG2 coming from a Sony camera, it can also make a film from DV coming from a handcam. Its use of memory seems stable and I saw no crash.
Cons
none as I know

"An excellent video editor"
Version: VideoSpirit Pro 1.86
Pros
If you need an excellent video editor, you cannot go wrong with downloading this one. I had just copleted my first movie clip with it, which consisted of dragging 20 digital pics and transitioning them in beat with the soundtrack(which will be played on my mother's coming Birthday Party). My wife was extremely impressed with the way it turned out, requested me to creating a longer one for the our family party. In summary, this is a easy-to-use software and it works quite well, of course, you may need a bit of experimentation at the beginning.
Cons
you may need a bit of experimentation at the beginning.
