Pros
There are no 'pros' for malware.
Cons
If you install this software you will end up with your computer infected with 'conduit.com' malware that installs itself silently and hijacks your web browser. Uninstalling videopad does not remove the conduit malware. To do that you have to manually remove dozens of registry entries and C:/Program Files/Conduit
Summary
It's malware, of a particularly nasty kind. Avoid!

Um, no. You must have a phony anti-virus, installed a virus before hand or installed from a non-official site that has modified the installer to install walware alongside videopad.
