"Good, but too much expensive"

Pros
Very graphic software, let you manage very well your clients and products, however the value of the program is not too equal to the price, charging more tan $500 USD for this software is in some way funny. But if you have the money to spend it do it, but you can get the same or more with other free options or less than that price
Cons
-Expensive and the design of the program is not at the level for that price.

"Surprizingly good for the price"

Pros
We've used this program for a few months now and have found it surprizingly good for the price. Support is cheap (we've just renewed our support and it cost $89 for 12 months) and it does all the basics well.
Cons
We'd like the sales side to have more options (we have a deli in the store too) and the fully featured web module is a bit too expensive for a store our size - it would be great if the price was based on store size rather than a blanket rate.
