"Thorough and efficient although a little cumbersome."
Pros: Appears to be well thought out.
Cons: Getting to some of the functions is not necessarily intuitive.

"This product is a must-have for SOHO users"
Pros: Archiving, Change/Conflict management - changes in source and target lead to archival of every version to prevent data-loss. Scheduling, logging view, many many more options. Two-way synchronization or echo supported.
Cons: Would have been great if they had included the realtime-service along with the product but they decided to package that separately. The scheduling option works great for me though.
Summary: I've used the Windows XP PowerToy Synctoy to synchronize data on a shared network drive to a duplicate redundant copy of the same data on a nightly basis for several years. This data backup strategy worked for years until I found that with increasing... read more

"This is a very good synchronization program"
Pros: It is very stable and once got to underatand how to set it up it is install and forget.
I use it to synchronize my laptop/desktop and external drive and does it automatically as soon as connected or any changes made to synced files.Cons: It is a little hard to work out how to set it up.

Pros: None! Doesn't work!
Cons: Hard to add to the list of folders to be copied. Hard to put in the destination drives (unless you type it in). Then it doesn't work
Summary: When I saw it had a 4 star rating I was flabegasted. Then I saw it was a single user. I'm suspicious that anyone could have had a good experience with this junk.

"Works very well and saves a ton of time."
Pros: Quickly and easily determines the differences between 2 drives / folders etc. Identified descrepancies not available through SyncToy.
Cons: I wish it were free or cheaper. I wouldn't spend that much on a utility I will only use a few times a year.
Summary: I would have given it 5 stars if it cost less than $20 read more
