Version: VersionTracker Pro 4.1
"no big deal"
Pros: it tells you what's out of date with your hardware and software after scanning. But if looks to me like you have to buy it if you want anything other than a list of outdated programs.

"Product Usability
We may decline or remove applications for reasons not specifically mentioned below if we determine there has been a violation of any of our policies.
At minimum, software products submitted to our library must be working demos, and we will only accept free products or functional trial versions that allow users to experience the software adequately. We will not accept slide shows of a product or self-running demos".
Please stop endorsing it, and stop advertising it, and stop shoving it down our throats. We hate it.

This is a good, honest review of VersionTracker, which really is a rip-off as you can update the drivers you need to thru window's Device Manager.

You've got a point, my friend. They should take that product, which of course violates CNET's policies.

I shelled out 30 of my hard earned $'s only to be VERY disappointed with this thing, I would like my money back, they've made $ooo,ooo's under false pretenses, it just does not deliver, it constantly tells me that 50 + are out of date and usually recommends earlier versions than the one in use !, 6 drivers out of date, takes a while to download and install them then upon scanning again the same 6 driver are still out of date, I have come to the conclusion that I wasted my time, money and effort..
