Version: VersaCheck Presto 9.8.19
"Stopped Working & No Support"
Pros: I used this product for nearly a year without problems with Quickbooks Pro 2007 (Vista Operating System)but now it quit working and I can not get it to work without a complete removal & reinstall.
Cons: There appears to be no support from G7.

Cons: I never got to use the software. It requires you to enter a validation code that you can only obtain from purchasing a pack of their check paper. I have plenty of check paper already, I don't need to spend $20.00 on something I don't need. In my opinion, this renders the application NOT FREE. It's not even a demo. It should be re-categorized.

Cons: tried installing on Vista Home Premium. At the end of the installation it gave an error "Cannot acquire the context. Object is already in use". They claim it works for VISTA but it doesn't. It is a waste of time to try VersaCheck

"Be Prepared to PAY for EVERY check you print."
Pros: The GOOD: Versa check is an easy to use check printing program. It allows you to print checks with background pictures and various layout styles.
Cons: The BAD: Versa Check REQUIRES a licensing fee for every check printed.
Summary: How does it do this? When you print you are required to input a serial number that corresponds to the number of checks in the box of paper that you purchased from Versa Check. What you want to use paper that you purchased from some other manufacture... read more
