Pros: The software installed easily and effortlessly.
Cons: This is primarily for Instant Messaging, and not internet telephony. Had to search their web site for info on how to use the FAX. You have to pay $25/year to have a (416) phone number assigned to your account which enables send/receive FAX.
Summary: Rather childish-looking interface. If you're looking for a (FREE) VoIP internet FAX program that works similarly to the more sophisticated PC telephony programs that run over a modem and phone line, this ain't it! Keep looking.... read more

"sound quality&price is good."
Pros: service wise it is very fast.
Cons: sometimes the voice quality is not as good as it is always.

Pros: None other than nice interface.
Cons: not a user-friendly environment and too difficult to maneuver. This software is not free to use and the docs does not load for faxing unless you pay. BEWARE.
Summary: This is my first time ever writing a review on CNET so the product IS DEFINITELY not worth it for me to take a step like this. Move on to something that is worthwhile. read more

"Download of Product Doesn't Exist"
Pros: Since the download doesn't work, I suppose that's a plus; it saves you time with download and set up. Maybe it works, but hitting the download button gives you a "NOT FOUND" page informing you the the software download/setup ain't gonna happen.
Cons: What I hate most about this product is how it isn't there! What the?
