Terrible support. Now I know the meaning of the great wall of china.
Got a virus the first time I ever used. Computer crashed and took me 7 days to reload everything. Also, when you contact them, they're in CHINA, and they pretend they don't speak good enough English to help you (they're lazy), but it's a total lie because their site is in English so they understand it. For example, you'll send them 3 questions, they only answer 1...actually they don't even answer 1 of them, they just throw like 7 words down on 1 line basically saying who cares. We even had our support requests translated into Chinese for them, and they STILL sent back 1 line answers, pretending they didn't understand, and the 1-line answers CLEARLY showed they didn't give a you-know-what about their customers. We asked them why this doesn't work on Vista or Windows 7 etc and they said something like "it work on Vista or Windows 7, you need to find out why it doesn't".
Experts at stonewalling. That's why I give half star for the Great Wall of China. More to come.
