Version: Vasa Video to iPod/MP4/3GP/PSP Converter 5
"Rip-off. Zero Support. No Replies to Support E-Mail. Waste of Money."
Cons: Corrupts folders and spawns run-time errors in Windows Explorer. I had a problem converting, sent an email to support and was directed to a Codec page. Downloaded all Codecs but could not get MPEG working. Contacted support again. No reply. Waited 3 days. Still no reply. Sent 4 e-mails since requested support or my money back. Got one e-mail that said "What is your problem?" Responded with a details and never got reply back. Have filed a dispute with credit card company. DON'T BUY THIS SOFTWARE. I am the manager of a software development team and if one of my people treated me like this, they would have been fired.

Support finally got back with me but problem still not resolved. The support department responded very quickly to my last email so I am hopeful that the problem will be resolved as we work together to solve this.
