"This one works if..."
Pros
Works great - definitely takes out the spam!
Cons
If you get lots of newsletters, this isn't the program for you. Too cumbersome going daily to their website to release these emails.
My wife uses VQME - I don't!

You can set up dedicated email addresses so you know if the newsletter to which you subscribe starts to spam or, worse, sells your email on; a really useful service because then you can just shut them down in an instant.
Also, you can choose to authorise at domain level, so you'd only have to allow the newsletter the once.
If you examine all the options on this excellent software you'd see that newsletters / lists are very easy to accommodate and VQME stops them being delivered to your junk folder, as mine used to be.

Check the Vanquish User Forum under Hot Tops. vqME admits mail from newsletters, Ebay, Paypal and any other trusted sender, even if you don't know the address the will send from! Simply give the trusted senders a special address. You can even give a separate trusted address to each company, in case one gets compromised.
The program even admits mail from web sites at which you make a purchase, or anyone using a "Subject" that you started in a previous mailing.
