"Must have for anyone in IT who does or planning to do VNC or Remote Desktop"
Version: VNC Scan Enterprise Console 2007.3.7.4
Pros
Ability to connect to VNC, Terminal Serivces, Remote Desktop, Telnet, Network Shares, and Manage Computer via MMC (including services) all from one convenient interface. Well designed untuitive interface. Support for so many version of VNC you won't know which one to choose. Silent bacground install of VNC and works across VPN. More than just VNC a great support tool. Decent Support Web Site with info.
Cons
Immediately had to update after downloading from download.com and required to uninstall original version before latest release would actually install. "Last user" not really last user, column is often empty even when a user is logged on and you can VNC to see they are. Had to "rescan" several times to get accurate info on VNC as initially indicated "false" in VNC column for everything. Wish it had a "Turn of Firewall" option when clients didn't respond. Overall these are minor things compared to the value of the product.

"Love the interface and features!"

This is a new release of VENM with a new Office 2003 look. I love the new features that were added, also.

"Swiss Army Knife"
Version: VNC Scan Enterprise Console 2006.12.14.9b
Pros
This application has everything in it. It is very open ended because you can create your own scripts to run on the remote computers and it uses the standard VNC remote control client so there are not compatibility issues.
I've never seen this much software for such a low price.

"Awesome Features and Afforable"
Version: VNC Scan Enterprise Console 2006.11.17.8
Pros
This program offers an amazing number of features for not a lot of money. All of the comparable programs that we've tested cost in the thousands of dollars.

"One stop network management"
Version: VNC Scan Enterprise Console 2006.9.5.5
Pros
We've been using this utility for about 4 months, now, and we just upgraded to this version. This has been one of the most useful and innovative tools that we have purchsed in a long time. It does everything.
Cons
Many features only work if you are on a LAN with the same computers (for security reasons).

"The new features rock!"
Version: VNC Scan Enterprise Console 2006.9.5.5
Pros
The person that talked bad about this tool must be their competitors because this thing rocks. I love the new features. Best tool in my box.
Every time there is the slightest bug found, these guys release an update within hours. I requested two features and they where already done in the next version only 2 weeks later!! Talk about listening to your customers!
Cons
None
