"Great Tool for product testing on multiple Operating Systems"
Version: VMware Workstation 5.5
Pros
Helps test software in WinXP, 2k, Server 2003 all at once. Most important functions are retained in the virtual environment.
Cons
Can bog down system quickly. Make sure you have plenty of RAM and processing power.

"Runs any Operating System...virtually."
Version: VMware Workstation 5.5
Pros
Linux, Windows XP, Windows 2000, Windows NT, Windows 95/98/ME, Windows 3.11, DOS, BeOS, Knoppix, BartPE/XPE, etc. It will run them all, virtually.
Lets you give the OS virtual internet, virtual CDROM drive, virtual everything.
It even lets you run your current install of Windows virtually at the same time to test how software will work on your system without actually installing it physically.
It is VERY easy to setup and use.
Cons
Its not free.
Its really expensive. Microsoft Virtual PC is cheaper.
Doesn't support MacOSX. Have to use PearPC for that.
Kind of slow. Its a RAM hog since you have to deligate your physical RAM to the virtual machines you run within the program.
