    "The latest version does not display video."

    Pros

    Previous version worked great.

    Cons

    This version will not display video. I have gone back to the latest version of Quicktime Player which plays everything.

    Summary

    Very disappointing. I used older version all the time. Quicktime Player now plays all the formats I am using so I do not need VLC.

    Hello,

    you should download VLC 2.0.2. This version fixes the video output on all Macs.
