Version: VCW VicMan's Photo Editor 8.1
"sort of ok"
Pros: The software offers a paint and pencil options.
Cons: The paint and pencil are only on a 0-10-20 etc. thickness, There is no way to blend edges. Each use leaves a circle that can't be helped. There is no smudge tool, no sharpen/blur tool, and no way to look the the picture being worked on full screen. The little thumbnail that shows the zoom/reduce is a pain.

Just because you can't find anything, don't blame the program!!! Just about every Con he has listed here is UNTRUE! The paintbrush and pencil can go down to a 1 pixel thickness in circle or square form. For blending, just set the opacity. The blur tool is definitely there, the sharpen could use a little work. If you're working on the picture in full screen, you'll just have to zoom it to see it sheesh!
