  "Tells you how fast your connection is, but not how slow."

  Summary: I tried it today because my wireless connection was unusually slow and I wanted to see just how slow it was. Utility Ping just gave me a "timed out" reading for all addresses. I opened Command in the start/run menu, and pinged some addresses from there, and got actual readings, even though they were in excess of 1000ms. Then I connected with my dialup connection, and Utility Ping still just gave me "timed out" for everything, even though Command was pinging the same addresses at 200ms.
  
  Why bother paying $20 for this, when I can just run Command for free and get actual results?
